What I mean is, "managing parking services" doesn't need to be done differently at UCSF vs. UCLA, right? #cpc

They may care, but it's not a consideration with their grant award criteria, right? but in the end, it means less research gets done. #cpc

They donate a portion of their revenue to non-profit. Not sure if UCSF is one of them though it should be?

Who manages the complete supplier relationship? Who contacts suppliers for alternative 'needs'? What is the process at procurement? #CPC
